What happens after you get in touch

When you call, a person answers your questions and, if it makes sense, books a time to look at the roof. When you use the form or email, we call you back to do the same. Either way, the next step is usually a visit: we inspect the roof, photograph what we find and give you a written answer — a repair price, a replacement quote, or simply confirmation that the roof is fine.

If you’ve been through a hailstorm, tell us when you first get in touch. Storm damage is easier to document while it’s fresh, and we’ll plan the visit so the photos are ready before your insurance adjuster comes out.
