Customer reviews
We're a new, Airdrie-focused roofing company and our first customer reviews will appear here as they come in. We publish only genuine reviews, word for word, with the customer's permission — never invented, edited or paid for. Until then, the best way to judge us is to book an estimate and watch how we inspect, explain and quote your roof.
Why reviews matter more for roofing in Airdrie
After every hailstorm, crews from out of town arrive in Airdrie. Many do reasonable work; some disappear before the first warranty question. The easiest way to tell them apart is history: a roofer with a record of reviews from Airdrie homeowners, going back more than one storm season, has a reason to stand behind every roof.
Reviews also tell you things a quote can’t: whether the crew showed up when promised, how the property was left at the end of each day, whether the price on the invoice matched the quote, and what happened when the homeowner called with a question months later.
How to read roofing reviews
Not every five-star review tells you much. When you compare Airdrie roofers, look for:
- Local reviews. Mentions of Airdrie communities, Crossfield or Balzac — not just “great job”.
- Specific details. What was done, how long it took, how problems were handled.
- Recent reviews spread over time, not a burst from a single month.
- Replies from the company, especially to critical reviews. How a roofer handles a complaint says more than a string of compliments.
- Reviews after storms. Hail claims are where communication and paperwork matter most.
Be cautious with reviews that are all posted in a few days, all vague, or all from people with no other review history.
What you can expect from us
These are the things we’d like our customers to be able to say in their reviews — and the standard we hold ourselves to on every job:
- We showed up when we said we would, and called ahead when anything changed.
- We inspected the roof properly and showed photos of what we found.
- The quote was itemized and clear, with no surprises on the invoice.
- We told the truth when a repair would do instead of a replacement.
- The property was protected, and the yard was swept for nails every day.
- We answered the phone after the job was finished.
If we fall short of any of those, we want to know.
Questions to ask a roofer’s past customers
Online reviews are a start. If you can, talk to someone a roofer has worked for — a neighbour, a friend, a reference — and ask:
- Did the crew start and finish when they said they would?
- Was the final invoice the same as the quote? If not, was the difference explained before the work was done?
- How was the yard and driveway left at the end of each day?
- Did anything go wrong, and how did the company handle it?
- Have you had to call them since the job was finished, and did they come back?
The last question matters most. Any roofer can be pleasant during a sale; what counts is what happens when a customer calls months later about a drip in the spring melt.
How to leave a review
If we’ve worked on your roof, a review is the most useful thing you can do for other Airdrie homeowners — good or bad. The most helpful reviews mention:
- Your community or town
- What we did — repair, replacement, inspection, hail claim
- How the job went, from the first call to the final cleanup
- Anything we could have done better
Once your job is finished, ask us for a direct link to leave a Google review — call or email and we'll send it straight to you.
Before you choose a roofer
Reviews are one part of the picture. Before you hire anyone, also compare itemized quotes line by line, ask what warranty covers the workmanship — see our warranty page — and make sure the quote includes everything a proper roof needs. The Airdrie roofing cost guide lists what a complete quote should include, and our roofing FAQ answers the questions homeowners ask most. When you’re ready, request a free estimate.
