Why get a free roofing estimate
A roofing quote is only as good as the look behind it. Prices based on a satellite image or a quick glance from the driveway miss the things that decide what a roof really costs — soft decking, a hidden second layer, short flashing, a poorly vented attic.
Our free estimate is an inspection first and a quote second. You’ll know what’s actually on your roof before you decide anything, and you’ll have a written, itemized price you can compare with any other roofer’s.
It’s worth booking when:
- You’ve found a leak, a stain on a ceiling or shingles on the lawn
- A hail or windstorm has gone through your part of Airdrie
- Your roof is 12 to 15 years old or more and you want to plan ahead
- You’re buying or selling and want to know where the roof stands
- You’re weighing a repair against a replacement
What happens after you send the form
- We call you to confirm. We’ll ask a few questions about the roof and the problem, and set a time that suits you.
- We inspect the roof. Shingles, flashing, vents, valleys and edges — and the attic when we can get to it.
- We show you what we found. Photos of every issue, explained in plain language.
- You get a written, itemized quote. Every component on its own line, GST separate, with standard and Class 4 impact-resistant shingles side by side on replacements.
- You decide. Take your time, compare quotes, ask questions. There’s no deadline and no pressure.
What we look at during the estimate
- Roof surface — granule loss, cracking, hail bruising, wind-lifted and missing shingles
- Edges and ridge — where wind damage starts on Airdrie roofs
- Flashing — chimneys, walls, dormers and skylights
- Penetrations — plumbing vent boots, roof vents and exhaust caps
- Valleys — the channels that carry the most water
- Attic — staining, frost, insulation, ventilation and bath fan ducts
- Low-slope sections — garages, porches and additions
If it turns out you need a repair rather than a replacement, that’s what we’ll quote. If the roof is fine, we’ll tell you.
Estimates for condos, landlords and businesses
The same free estimate is available for more than single-family homes:
- Condominium boards and property managers. We inspect whole buildings or complexes and report building by building, with photos, so the board can plan work against its reserve fund. Townhome complexes in communities like King’s Heights and Hillcrest are common examples.
- Landlords and rental owners. We can coordinate access with tenants and send the report and quote to you directly.
- Commercial buildings. Low-slope roofs on retail units, offices and light-industrial buildings are quoted around tenants and trading hours — see commercial roofing.

Hail or storm damage?
If you think the roof was damaged in a storm, book the estimate before the insurance adjuster visits if you can. We’ll document the damage slope by slope and tell you honestly whether it looks worth claiming.
